Company Policy

Please allow at least 48 hours for orders less than $90.
Orders over $90 must be placed at least three days in advance, and a 50% deposit is required to secure the order. The balance is due when the cake is picked up/delivered.
Designs must be finalized at the time of the order.
Flavors must be finalized within 48 hours of your event date. Some restrictions may apply if ingredients have already been purchased.
Refunds/Store Credit:
Once your order has been received by the responsible party or shipped, we relinquish responsibility for the order. For local orders, please make sure everything is correct upon receipt.
We are not responsible for anything that happens to your order after it is out of our possession.
No refunds will be given after your order has been picked up/delivered. Refunds requested after your order has been received will not be honored. In some cases you may bring the cake back in for design adjustments; however, additional charges may apply.
Please keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled and/stored properly. Some cakes require refrigeration or other special storage accommodations.
